What does the Destinia Rewards program entail and how do I get the coupons?
It's one of the biggest advantages of booking your accommodation establishment with Destinia. Book your hotel with us and you can earn money in your account to get discounts or free nights and flights.
When and how can I redeem the coupons I've gotten with my reservations?
Your coupons will show up in your account 48 hours after you complete your stay. You'll also receive a confirmation via email. You can use them as of that moment.
When do my Destinia Rewards coupons expire?
The coupons expire 2 years from the date they become available. During this time, you'll be able to use them immediately or earn them so you can use them to get free nights and flights.
How can I find out how much money I've earned in my account?
Log in to your Destinia account and click on My vouchers and coupons. On this page, you'll find all of your vouchers and coupons, as well as all the money you've earned in your account.

Destinia Rewards conditions

  • You will receive the earned amounts in the form of coupons. During the booking process, you can redeem them toward any paid product at Destinia, whether to get a discount or to cover the full value of the reservation.
  • If the value of the coupon is greater than the price of the reservation, you will lose any excess amount.
  • In the event that you cancel the reservation, the earned amount is non-reimbursable, and you cannot exchange it for cash.
  • The coupon will be valid for 24 months. We will activate it 24 hours after you've enjoyed your hotel reservation.
  • In the event that you modify or cancel your reservation, you may not reuse the amount.
  • Not valid on reservations paid directly at the hotel or flights paid directly at the airline.
  • You can use more than one Destinia Rewards coupon, but you may not combine them with other offers.
  • Coupons valid only on reservations you make and confirm through the website. We must validate the coupon at the time of confirmation.
