THE DESTINIA GIFT CARD

You can use gift cards to pay for any product or service available for purchase through Destinia. They are not valid on reservations paid directly at the hotel or airline.

You can redeem it toward any purchase that Destinia charges directly. All you have to do is enter the card code in the appropriate field during the purchase process, and we will apply the gift card toward the amount payable.

Gift cards are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase. Any balance remaining after the 24-month expiration date will be forfeited.

In the event that the recipient can't use it, he or she can give it to someone else.

You can choose who receives it and when. Unless you have indicated a delivery date, we'll send it within two hours from the time of purchase. When we send it to the lucky recipient, you'll receive an email with a copy of the gift card.

If the price of the reservation is less than the amount of the gift card, we will deduct only the amount used, while any unused funds will remain on the card. We will indicate the remaining balance upon confirmation of your reservation, as well as in the confirmation email.

In the event that the gift card doesn't cover the full price of the reservation, we'll display other available payment methods to make up the difference.

If you change your mind, you will have 14 days to cancel the gift card, as long as it is unused. We will refund the amount you paid to the same payment method you used to make the original purchase.

The maximum amount gift card amount is 3,000 EUR. For the purchase of gift cards in amounts higher than 500 EUR, a wire transfer is the only payment method allowed. Once we receive the transfer, we will issue the gift card and send it out immediately (or on such future date as specified at the time of purchase).
