Very good service from the staff, very nice beach, but low quality due to being all-inclusive (there is a lack of basic supplies).

We had great vacations there, the employe is smilling everytime and it's very beautifull, the only thing is we had some parts of the room was not completelly cleaned but great Time passed there

The hotel is fine, but when it comes to food and the "all-inclusive" service, it is very, very bad and inadequate. It's better to get a decent Airbnb and eat out.

As the title indicates, this hotel is very nice. The pool is very pleasant, but it's a shame it closes at 6 PM and only opens at 10 AM. All-inclusive is a real plus. The meals at the buffet are not good at all, like almost everywhere in Cuba. However, we tried the Italian restaurant (included in the price of the stay), which was delicious. The beach is stunning. The rooms are more than acceptable, with a bathtub and balcony. There is water and toiletries provided. We recommend this establishment. We encountered a small problem. Apparently, we had 4 towels in our room, and when we left, one was missing. The housekeeper accused us of stealing it! What a joke. The manager kindly intervened. This towel (if it was really in the room) was either stolen from our ground-floor balcony or forgotten at the pool. The hotel does not lend pool towels. We didn't really pay attention. The manager quickly resolved the issue by asking us to pay the sum of €5. The thing I didn't like was being treated as a thief (for a towel!), but this did not tarnish the memory of our stay. Just to warn future guests to pay attention to their towels. Otherwise, the staff is smiling and friendly.
