    1) We waited 6 hours to get the running water fixed in the toilet.
    2) We had two cocktails at the pool. First, they did not want to accept any cash. Second, they could not charge the amount to my room. Third, the credit card machine did not work. Eventually the staff accepted 20 Euros but they had no change to give back. Very expensive two cocktails.
    3) It was our last night in Havana and we wanted to spend our left over cash, especially Pesos. The hotel only accepted card payment for every service. The hotel should highlight this feature to the guests in advance. Consequently, we spent very little time and money in the hotel.
    4) The hotel is lovely, the view from our room was very nice and the staff is very pleasant.

    The public relations lady is outstanding
    Just this note, which does not detract from an Excellent rating. The fridge should have:
    Water
    Soda
    Beer
    So that the customer can help themselves
    Without needing to request service
    And it is paid for upon checkout.

    I booked online from Australia. Unfortunately with government regulations I was not permitted to enter Cuba. I gave notice to Iberostar hotels at least 2 months prior to arrive. After numerous attempts for credit to Iberostar hotels I was ignored and lost at least $2000US.
    I do not recommend this plan and very disappointed in the customer service given.

    Fue genial tremendo detalle por parte del hotel y las atenciones ufff súper que espléndidos. Tremendo comfort y lujo. La pasamos espectacular!!!
