Hotel Ibersol Torremolinos Beach

Hotel je na super lokaciji ob plaži, vendar malo preveč oddaljen od centra mesta Torremolinos. Zvečer za povratek v hotel ni javnega prevoza ali taksijev. Opcijsko bi hotel lahko ponujal tudi prevoz svojih gostov do centra ali nazaj po predhodnem klicu.

Staff lovely and a great location

The hotel near the beach is its best feature. Other than that, it's a hotel with little entertainment for children, the room cleaning could be much better, and the buffet needs significant improvement. The elevators are a total chaos in the hotel, sometimes only one is working. It's also a bit unrealistic that they don't open the barrier for you to load or unload your luggage. And as always, in the pool area there are signs that say you can't occupy the sunbeds without being there, but in the end, no one does anything. Sunbeds get occupied and then people leave. In short, I don't think I'll return to this hotel.

The hotel staff is charming and helpful. The facilities and the buffet are very good. The rooms are very comfortable with nice views. The only downside is that there are few loungers by the pool.

First of all, even though the room is paid for, they ask for a deposit, which is a sign of distrust towards the customer. The assigned room was in front of some hot air turbines that made it impossible to rest due to the noise. This could have been solved by closing the window and turning on the air conditioning, but it was set to such a high temperature that you couldn't stay in the room. Upon making this observation, the response was that the temperature is at standard degrees, with no further explanation. If you order a drink, you have to leave a 3 euro deposit for a plastic glass, which is quite embarrassing. If you order a soda, in this case, a liter and a half bottle of Getirade, they serve it to you in that size. The buffet was quite poor and there was a lot of recycling going on. I don't know who assigned the four stars. In a word, disappointing.
