From the stay, the staff, customer service, meals, and breakfasts were all very good. We were disappointed that due to the weather, the spa and indoor pool were not working or were closed, which we still do not understand, and they did not provide any explanation either.

Although I must say that the quality in the main restaurant is of lower quality, most of the food was barely or not edible compared to the other two restaurants; the difference was very noticeable at lunch and dinner. Excellent breakfast.

Service very bad. the beds were too hard, everyone in the hotel was complaining about it. the food was good. the animation was terrible. it was for children.
they changed into all inclusive. so you were not served anymore. you could not have a normal cup of coffee, you could not have a normal drink and so on. we told the manager about it. there were a lot of people with the same complaints. when do do not change it, it will cost clients. :twisted: - 4Anónimo - 27 Apr 2008
entertainment of poor quality i suggest the hotel should review this. i can say in all this was an excellent hotel with freindly staff at all times. and one of the cleanest i have stayed in for a long time. we will return to this hotel.

It is a bit far out, but there is a taxi rank just down the road so it was quit good to go places.We found that our first day & evening was good for choice of food because the hotel was quit full. but after that the hotel seemed rather empty and the choice of food then became poor. We stayed at the hotel in January of this year and found the food great and the afternoon snacks were much better than they are now, in fact the snacks now for the all inclusive are discusting and not worth putting on.Good for the size and cleanliness. The bar is great and the staff very freindly.None.
