    The right hotel

    The hotel is in the center of Torremolinos, close to everything, especially the shopping street. Train and bus next to the hotel. The beach is a bit further away but a 15-minute walk. The buffet is acceptable.

    The truth is that I don't understand the negative reviews. I found it exceptional.
    The location is perfect. Ten minutes from the beach, right in the center, and next to all the points of interest. The staff was very friendly; the buffet was varied and had many options.
    The stars they have correspond to what they offer.
    I plan to return if I come back.

    COMPLAINT. Due to the lack of consideration and respect as a customer.
    We stayed from December 24 to 31, 2022, in rooms 705 and 707. On Christmas Eve, we had a reservation for dinner at the second shift at 8:30 PM. Everyone dressed for the occasion and we were kept waiting at the dining room door for 1 hour and 17 minutes, which was incredibly frustrating. The dining staff gave different explanations for the delay - A) poor planning, B) lack of personnel, C) the previous shift not getting up from the tables, etc., etc. - but NOBODY, NOBODY representing the hotel took the time to provide an explanation for the enormous delay. We were taken to the dining room and once seated, it took about 20 minutes to bring the first course, and 10 minutes later they brought the second course; two cold slices of grilled hake; the third course was stuffed chicken, inedible, most of the diners sent it back; better not to mention the wine and dessert. The entire Christmas Eve dinner was EMBARRASSING, especially for a star hotel.
    To be fair, the dining staff handled the situation very well and endured the "storm" with dignity.
    I expect an explanation.

    Everything almost very good, specially the restaurant which I like very much.
    For sure I would like to go back again.
    It was some problems with the check in they said my voucher was not valid, but the problem was solved quickly by Destinia.
    It was a mistake from the Hotel, misunderstanding.
