    All-inclusive stay

    It is a 4-star hotel that is 30 years old, in need of renovation. In the lobby/reception, there was no air conditioning or it wasn't working. In the room, the air conditioning unit was very noisy. The food was repetitive and not very varied. The best part was the garden and pool area.

    The stay has been good, but the cleaning in the rooms was minimal; they only made the bed and changed the towels, but they didn’t even take out the trash from the bathroom. I mentioned it at the reception, and there was no air conditioning outside, only in the dining room and bedroom. Everything else was good: the pool was very nice, the food was fine, and the location was also good.

    Our experience was fine, but there are many improvements that need to be made. It is a 4-star hotel, but it is much inferior. I would improve the rooms, especially the carpet, it is quite unpleasant to walk on, and the mattresses as well. The food and dinner were average, very repetitive and could be improved. The breakfast was better, and the pool area is a bit small for so many people. Even so, if I had to return, I would go back.

    This is the third time I stay at this hotel, and I have to say that in the previous two occasions, the hotel was at another level; it seems everything has changed. The all-inclusive offering lacks variety; you can't even get a slushie, ice cream, or any other product outside the typical soda or beer. The friendliness of the reception staff was absent; there was a long line to check in since there was only one person, and we were given our room after 3:30 PM. The buffet had very few options, only about two, there were no ice creams, barely any desserts, and they were running out quickly. For entertainment, there was nothing for two days; on Sunday and Monday, they take a break, seriously nothing. Another night, the entertainment consisted of showing a movie. After this experience, I have to say we will not return to this place.

    Poor buffet and average quality.
    After coming for 24 years, almost continuously, I will not return.
    Room with a view of the parking lot, they did not want to change it.
