    The staff on reception are excellent. I had problems with my next accommodation and the gent on reception made several calls on his own phone to sort it out. I would definitely stay here again.

    As I've been living in Spain for over 20yrs and stayed at many different hotels in Benidorm I feel my opinions are justified. This is undoubtedly one of the very best hotels I've stay in Benidorm, great location too.
