Excellent stay at the hotel, pleasant and welcoming staff, located right in front of the metro station, making it perfect for exploring the city. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained. The only downside is that the pool closes a bit too early. Overall, a very good value for money.

The first day we arrived room we have got was in high floor and no signal for internet I requested to change the room , then we have got the room in 33rd floor , i booked for 10 days and from day 5 they started to do maintenance and decoration in upper floor start from morning early till 6 pm when I asked them this big noice doesn’t let me to sleep and disturbing us , they first said we don’t know and then after two days later they said we can tell tell them to start from 11 to work , I said what ? I paid for my room to be quiet and I came here to be relax , at the end they said we can change the room , I said how is that possible all our stuff after 7 days open and how we can pack them again and change the room , I said you knew that you want to start the work and you shouldn’t accommodate people in the rooms with noice ,however they continue the same time from 8:30 to 9 am and finish around 6 pm , the second is we didn’t have hot water for shower in one day start from midday till evening, breakfast is not standard for 5 star hotel it’s for 3 star hotel , if I knew that I never and ever paid for simple breakfast and no quality at all , I used just 3 days of 10 days and I paid full . In this hotel just housekeeper do the good job and the rest Managment just talk and they get paid for nothing , location of the hotel was great .

The hotel is nice, in a good location, the staff is friendly and helpful. The complaint is about the elevators, sometimes there is a long wait.

They let us pay more 20AED/night abd they said its a new tax!!
