Coran ans beautifull Room, but ils matress or to soft, good location, good good but not great, great buffet

I was there for a week and has been one of the best experiences i have had in a very long time in the Island.
Great variety of food and very good quality. The pool is amazing.
The hotel staff was always helpful and attentive to everything you may need.
Thanks for such a short but wonderfull time.

At the Grand Aston Varadero hotel, my experience was catastrophic because the service, especially at the reception, was terrible. They tried to charge me money to access the hotel services while waiting for my check-in at 4 PM, even though my trip was booked through a travel agency, which I have never encountered in any all-inclusive hotel in Varadero.

Then, I was robbed at the hotel pool, where there is a security camera circuit, and the hotel security officials were unable to show me or follow up on my complaint to identify the thief. They provided unconvincing excuses and encountered lies.

Really, in this hotel, thieves are protected; there were many people like me who were robbed of many things, and nothing happens there. It's sad to have such situations and for nothing to be done about it.

Beautiful room, very good buffet breakfast with a lot of choices, wifi available everywhere and continuously.
Superb hotel, I will come back.
The only downside for me is that we cannot pay in cash at the restaurant.

Beautiful hotel that still needs to make improvements, I think due to its young age, it's a new hotel with a young staff. But I believe it will become an excellent hotel if it remains professional and helpful.
