Overall, the stay was good. We booked a bungalow, which was very spacious, and we were placed right next to the pool, so that was great. The cleanliness of the entire hotel was very good, and all the employees were very nice, except for one lady who was in the restaurant in the morning during breakfast at the grill area. One morning, around 10:15, when breakfast ended at 10:30, she was very unpleasantly bothered to have to prepare another tray of bacon because it had run out.
The pools were wonderful, and the water temperature was fabulous; it was very easy to get into the water.
As a negative point and as constructive criticism, we were at this hotel 7 years ago and we noticed a significant decline in the restaurant. We had a great memory of the food quality and the themed dinners they used to have... This time it was not the same. We stayed for a week, and the first two days were fine, but then you start to realize that they serve more or less the same thing every day, and the quality that used to be there is noticeably lacking. Out of the 7 days we were there, only two nights did they serve something different for dinner. One night they had three Mexican dishes: some nachos, some fajitas, and a bit of chili, and another night there was a section with mussels, boiled prawns, and small langoustines, which were not of very good quality; the prawns were very dry.
In general, the hotel is very oriented towards foreign customers. But overall, for having a fun week with your family, it has a good location. - 4Ron P - 7 Oct 2012

Both a positive and negative - the free wifi now extends across most of the complex and we had a signal in our room, but it can get busy at times which causes connection and speed problems. Swimming pool is quite plain and small for this size of hotel, but at least they enforce a policy of not reserving sun loungers until after 09:00. Entertainment in the evening was not up to much so we did not bother with many of the shows. The childrens club seemed well organized and the staff friendly.Good value hotel. The design of the buildings is a number of 'bungalows' and larger accommodation blocks. This means it is quite spread out which gives it a charming character with plenty of paths & plants. Despite hotel being full, there were no queues at the restaurant at either breakfast or dinner and the staff were efficient and friendly. Good range of salad, fresh fruit and meats and we always had plenty to choose from. Our son loves the 'made-to-order' omelettes at breakfast but unfortunately this hotel does not do them. The pizzas and pasta at night made up! Restaurant was relaxed about dress code in evening so gentlemen could wear shorts. The hotel has about a dozen cats which wonder around the grounds. They get quite friendly if you feed them and are an added attraction for cat lovers.
