This apartment complex is located in the Rincón de Loix area of Benidorm, just 400 meters from Levante Beach and close to the lively town centre. Guests will find a wide variety of shops, bars and restaurants in the area, . The complex welcomes its guests in a warm and familiar atmosphere and has a swimming pool for adults and childrens open from FROM JUNE 15 TO SEPTEMBER 15. The apartments are equipped with kitchen, bathroom, living room and balcony or terrace.
This establishment don't accept groups. The change of towels and sheets will be made, for reservations with stays longer than 11 days. The tv (only spanish)and safe are for rent. KEY COLLECTION at: Fincas Benidorm (23, Madrid Avenue) MONDAY TO FRIDAY FROM 4pm to 7pm .Saturdays from 10am to 1pm . OUT OF HOURS: At APARTAMENTOS DON GREGORIO,8 Roma Avenue, Monday to friday From 8 pm-3:30am. SATURDAYS AFTERNOONS, SUNDAYS AND BANKHOLIDAYS: APARTAMENTOS DON GREGORIO From 4:30 p.m.- 3:30 a.m. The deposit must be left with a bank card: Visa or Mastercard. We will apply a pre-authorization to a Visa or Mastercard credit-debit card. The amount will be between €200-€300. The money will be unlocked a maximum of one week after check-out, as long as the client has left the accommodation in the same conditions that it was delivered, has returned all the keys, TV accessories or others and has complied with the rules of good behavior. LEAVING THE DEPOSIT IN CASH WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. In the event that the deposit cannot be left with a card, the client will not be able to access the apartment and the cost of the reservation will be 100%.

The rooms are very small; if one person is changing, the other cannot fit. They have two 90 cm beds, and the door doesn't close because it hits the beds. The location relative to the beach is good; it's close, like in the second line, but the area is very noisy. They ask for a 200 euro deposit. The TV is small, and there is no WiFi. The kitchen utensils are scarce, and the pool is small, but it is for both children and adults, without a lifeguard.

Great for price and location, beds were the most uncomfortable ive ever slept on! could do with upgrading rooms interior etc. .

good possition, but not if you have trouble walking as up hill, very clean, new kitchen, pool is small, but will definatly go again, as close to the beach.

Apartments were very good, but did'nt have air-con, the food out the cafe was good, try the cheese burgers they were brilliant. Very quiet after midnight so kids could sleep if you get home early. .

Close to beach and nightlife but away from it noise wise.Not good for anyone with walking difficulties.Staff helpful. Good value for money. Good locality for shops and supermarkets.Would recommend to anyone looking to keep costs down and looking for value for money.
