The hotel is in an excellent spot very close to the tram, walking distance from grand bazaar , blue mosque , hagia sofia, basilica cistern , breakfast was plentiful although repetitive , cannot place fault here .
The rooms are on the small side , we were a family of 3 and were given a triple room, which is what we wanted , we asked for the AC to be turned on and was told as it is winter we do not provide AC. Having read the other reviews I accepted this , however I asked for a fan to help cool the room , as windows were facing the inner area. I then asked for another room due to the heat being unbearable and the unavailability of a fan.
No rooms were available we were told it we could upgrade at a cost. I was not impressed with the attitude of the receptionist, he had no care for guest he showed no emotion .

The hotel is very good, the breakfast is great. And the reception service (father and son) is very good.

VERY GOOD HOTEL WHEN THE PRICES ARE CLOSER TO MORE ACCEPTABLE AREAS, JUST LIKE THE ONES AROUND IT. VERY GOOD BREAKFAST.

Location is easily accessible to public transportation and tourism areas. However, it’s far from highways and taxis.
Rooms are small with medium quality furniture, and have very bad isolation.
Most of the staff members cannot speak English, so it is difficult to communicate with them. Housekeeping is awful and they are never cleaning the rooms properly.
My clothes were stained and ruined by the hotel laundry, and this thing ruined my entire trip. - 3DisappointedAmina - 16 Oct 2023
The room did not match the description on the website, which is a shame for a 4-star hotel.
