It is a very new hotel with super attentive and friendly staff (they help you with your luggage, provide all kinds of information, and are quick at check-in). The facilities are very modern and the location is about a 25-minute walk from Rossio Square. The rooms are large and spacious, with good beds, high-quality sheets, good lighting, a huge TV, a very spacious bathroom with a rain shower, and Benamor gels/shampoo (a fantastic Portuguese cosmetics brand). A hotel very focused on sustainability. They have a light show every day at 10 PM that is very beautiful and worth seeing from either the room or the hotel terrace. Highly recommended for the quality and price (we also had parking included). We will definitely return to this hotel; we liked everything very much!

Beautiful modern hotel in great location, and they offer a great breakfast. Highly recommend it. As a traveller who visits Lisbon ofter I will be back. It's my new first choice for Lisbon.

Our trip to Lisbon was fabulous, be prepared for some tough walking though especially in the old town. The hotel is great, the location while not close to many of the attractions is very close to a metro or 10 minute walk to Marques de Pombal which is a good place to venture out from. Ubers are very cheap in Lisbon too, if you need to get somewhere fast. The accommodation was excellent, breakfast very nice as well with a great choice, my only criticism is that we did request a double bed but got two twins pushed together. Staff are very friendly and helpful and the light show was great too. Would definitely stay here again.

Great size room in a new and modern hotel. The location is not central, took us about 40 mins to walk to the major tourist areas (10-15min cab).
The room was very clean and comfortable. The bed was huge and the facilities were excellent. It's very eco conscious where you are awarded a €5 voucher if you opt to not get your room cleaned, sadly we didn't receive such voucher, the only negative point of the stay.
Overall, would recommend if you don't mind being slightly further out.
