Big problem with dishes served lukewarm. Plate warmer never plugged in. Juice dispenser doesn't work.

DONT BE FOOLED!! This is not a resort is a hostel with a fancy nane. First of all the hotel is located in an uphill 25min by walk (no bus) is the nearest beach.
There is a bus station near the hotel , is just one bus that rarely runs from there (Bus nr424 goes to Los Christianos) . The receptionists are NOT so friendly and welcoming. Most of the apartments doesnt have a view at all. There is not privacy, the terasse/balcony is accesible for anyone passing through. I couldnt sleep with a balcony door open as anyone can get in easily, so not fresh air for me at all. You can find insects and cockroaches everywhere.
The room was old fashioned with very very unconfortable beds and pillows (and not to mention the bedsheets were stained). NO toiletries (just toilet paper) . NO WIFI in the room, not even if you wanted to pay. A small flat tv that you need to pay €10 deposit to get the remote control so you can use it (very limited tv chanells).
If you want a hairdryer then is another €20 deposit. The swimming pool was just dirty , inside/outside. I have been in other canary islands and the hotel management took good care of the swimming pool unlike this one. The breakfast was ok , i cant say much , they serve the same shit every morning. My overall experience was just a dissapointment and i wouldnt choose this "RESORT" again

On the days when the monitor is off, there are no activities, but they announce them anyway. The pool bar collects the food at 5, it should be open until 6 and provide the continuous service they claim to offer. It's impossible to sleep with that heat, there is no air conditioning, and that's inhumane. The pool has a worn-out color, it's a bit scary to see it. The disco bar... no comments. THE STAFF IS WONDERFUL!
