Hotel Aluasoul Costa Adeje New Opening

We arrived in the evening to take possession of our room.
There was no introduction to the neighborhood, no map of the establishment provided by the reception staff.
Only a handover of cards to access the room and 2 bracelets for breakfast.
We were shown from a distance the entrance to the dining area and the direction to the pool.

When we entered the room, there were hairs in the bathtub, on the sheets, and on the terrace.
It felt like the cleaning had been done in a hurry.
There was a sticky substance on the nightstands. (alcohol? Fruit juice?)
Not very inviting, especially since we were in a 4-star hotel!
The plastic table on the balcony was burned here and there by cigarettes.
It didn't make us want to sit down.
We had water bottles to chill, but unfortunately for us, the fridge was not working.
I called the reception: they sent a technician who quickly came to take it for repair.
In the meantime, I discovered that the magnifying mirror in the bathroom was barely attached to the wall: I asked the technician if he could at least reattach this mirror that seemed ready to fall at any moment.
He took the time to do it, took the fridge away, and returned half an hour later with a functioning minibar.

The positive side of the stay was the quality and variety of the breakfast.
The decoration and the facilities.

Friendly and attentive staff. Clean rooms and daily towel changes. Scarcity of loungers and umbrellas, and the breakfast was average.

entertainment room cold and draughty at night but it was feb. the usual scraping of chairs and moving of beds in the morning. why cant they put pads on the feet of these to make them quiet. .got a sun lounger everyday at approx 9.30am everyday but don,t know if it would be the same in the summer but hotel was full. jacuzzi, sauna and indoor swimming pool free to use.

My wife and I chose the ALL INCLUSIVE package. We did NOT eat or drink anywhere else. However, we both became ill during our stay. I was sick on Saturday 18th Feb and had to stay in the room for 24 hours. My wife was very sick on the last day, 21st Feb. My wife was still sick on the 22nd February.Senor Sher (Bar Staff) was the best member of staff, very friendly, happy face, willing to chat, observant and catered to our needs. A good representative of your hotel.

Staff quite rude, food awful, asked to upgrade to a 'junior suite' but when we viewed it, it was horrible and less inviting than a standard room. In no did it resemble a suite (certainly not off the internet pictures). VERY MISLEADING. VERY DISAPPOINTED.The hotel was generally quite clean.
