Very spacious hotel, nice beach and sea, good pool, very strict regulations applied without any sense of flexibility, it feels like a military center. For example: if you arrive before two in the afternoon, they won't check you in; you have to wait outside or pay two thousand pesos. When you leave, you have to return the paper given by the room staff before twelve; if you are late, you have to pay something, and upon returning the paper, they take away the plastic bracelet, and you no longer have rights to stay in the hotel. The food is of low quality and always the same. I spoke with the deputy director, and it was of no use; everything is justified with the protection of tourists, which makes no sense to be applied so rigidly in a place where all people are registered.

On the reception unfriendly, just 2 womens on the reception were friendly.. The rest bad.The best animation team :-) very friendly.
