Reviews
- 1Not really worth your money!Robert Michael - 7 Dec 2018
I booked this hotel, as it was close to Canary Wharf, and looked okay.
But was sadly disappointed, for several reasons:
- check-in and check-out took forever, as they only had one person at the reception.
- the room was really worn out, not quite clean, one electric outlet not securely fastened
- really poor breakfast quality
- serious noise from nearby train passage, even though I was located on 11. floor!
There are other hotels very close by which I would prefer next time. - -My opinion about this hotel The Britannia InternationalGillian Mary - 6 Dec 2014
The hotel was clean and comfortable. The Staff were very helpful and efficient. I would certainly have no problem about booking and staying again. If I had a complaint it would be about the breakfast; the tea and coffee were not fresh, they had obviously been sitting on the tables for quite a while. And although the staff were plentiful and efficient, they were maybe too plentiful and efficient, plates were taken before food was finished, etc and you always felt staff were just too eager to pounce.
But as I said I would have no problem about booking and staying again if and when I return to London. :D - 4Anonymous - 13 Jul 2016
