A very nice stay, accompanied by a group of friends as well! A beautiful view of the sea from the restaurant and the hotel terraces, where the staff is very friendly! Thank you to them! The breakfast is very varied: top-notch! The hotel is very well located, just a 2-minute walk from San Miguel Street, and access to the sea is very close when you go through the back of the hotel, by the pool. The bedding is of good quality! The only downside is that we had a leak in the bathroom, but it was repaired. I highly recommend this accommodation; you will really enjoy it, pure happiness...

The hotel is very well located, close to the center and very near the beach. It is very quiet. The rooms do not have a drying rack, so you have to hang the beach towels and swimsuits on the railing or put them on the chairs. Most of the balconies are small. There is a small pool and little space for sunbathing. The rooftop solarium with spa costs €12, I don’t know of anyone who went in the 11 days we stayed. All the staff are great: the receptionists, the waiters, the cleaners, and the maintenance crew. The breakfast and dinner are plentiful, with variety and quality; the orange juice is natural, there is a wide variety of cold dishes (salads, potato salads, seafood and fish cocktails, mixed seafood salads, etc.), and the fruit is also very varied, as are the desserts.

Very nice stay in hotel Fenix with unbelievable nice staff, Very good breakfast en diner was every evening superb.
Rooms were clean and beds were fine, maybe bit too hard but this is personal matter.
The Swimming area was totally renovated and totally different than on the pictures now. Very modern look and lounge style.

Hotel in general: very good
Location: towards the center and towards the beach excellent direct access
Service staff: very friendly and helping
Cleaning: very good
Breakfast: not so many choices but good quality
