Hotel Torremolinos Centro By Croma

We stay here approximately once a month, based on cleanliness, price and location. Unfortunately, little but important things let it down - such as badly hanging/fitted curtains, shower rail and curtain fittings broken and quality of beds and pillows. This is further compounded with parking issues where discounts previously issued for guests staying in the hotel are not now being honoured. The latter is of major importance and will seriously influence our decision to use this hotel in the future.

With respect to the staff, can't fault them. Always pleasant and willing to help despite obvious problems they no doubt encounter on a daily basis!

Good experience at this hotel. Spoilt for us because of the noise outside. Workman digging up the path to lay pipes. Clean and tidy and excellent staff. Would have liked a better pillow. Will stay there again, very central.

The only reason I agreed to stay at this hotel was because it had a pool. Unfortunately, during the five days I stayed there I was unable to use it as there was no lifeguard on duty. The law in Spain was recently changed and hotel guests are now not allowed to swim in the hotel pool unless a lifeguard is on duty. When I complained to hotel staff they merely shrugged their shoulders and said the lifeguard hadn\'t turned up for work. I think the real reason is that they didn\'t want to pay for a lifeguard and therefore guests were not able to access the pool.

The bed in my room had a spring poking through the mattress. The food was also poor and unimaginative (basically chicken and burgers every day).

On the plus side it is very conveniently located - being near the centre of Torremolinos town.

I was offered this hotel as my first choice mysteriously decided to close and for the price I paid I could have had a much nicer hotel elsewhere.

GOOD HOTEL IN GENERAL FOR THE PRICE BUT SOME THING NEED TO BE AMELIORATE:

THE STAFF ARE VERY COLD AND ALWAYS IN BAD TEMPERED

DON T TAKE CARE ABOUT ANYTHING AND ANYONE

HALF PENSION IS NOT THE BETTER WAY TO EAT

THERE ISN T WIFI CONNEXION

The hotel was nice and small and service was really good.

Bad things:
- Food was really bad
- Too many children in the hotel (groups of teenager)
- Our balcony was on the street so there was too much noise so it was hard to sleep.
